Cherry blossoms bloom for a brief period of time, encouraging us to enjoy the beauty in the moment. That's how I see events -- a brief, memorable snapshot that marks an important time in one's life.
I know first-hand how stressful and challenging it can be to figure out what needs to happen to host an event, and then find the time to actually do everything!
My vision for event planning and management is to help others so they can have stress-free events. I'll take on all the behind the scenes work, so you don't miss the moments that matter.

Calling vendors to check on price and availability, booking photographers, ordering décor -- the "to dos" can quickly pile up. My goal is to make your planning easier so you can enjoy the event itself!

During our consultation, we can talk through your vision for the event and identify the tasks you need help with.
In addition to the planning steps I also offer day-of event coordination, working behind the scenes so you can be present in the moment with your guests. We offer décor rental for our clients to offset the cost and effort in supplying your own.
